ma solve ang problema ko sa birth cert.ko. ang problema ko po nung kumuha ako ng NSO birth cert.dito sa ZAmboanga City kc dito po kme kasalukuyang nkatira. kinuha ko po ang NSO life birth ko kc po mg file ako para SA PRC for LET.kaso lng po ang lumabas ay hnd po apilido ng tatay ko ang nkasulat dun kundi ng mama ko pa ng dalaga sya,wala dn pong middle initial.pti ang nkalagay dn po sa Nso ko ay not married pa ang parents ko.pero meron nman po akong birth cert.na green na apilido na ng tatay ko ang dinadala ko pti kasal na cla.ng tinanong ko sa civil registrar namin dito sa Zambo.city kailangan daw pong dalhin sa local registrar kung saan ginawa life birth ko.ipinadala ko na po sa Gabaldon Nueva Ecija Kc doon po nman yun ginawa.ang sabi dw po dun kailangan dw na magbayad ako ng p500 kada letra pra mapalitan na apilido ko.tapos kailangan ko png magbayad ng para sa death Cert.ng tatay ko kc po namatay nman po ang tatay ko.suma tutal dw po ng gagastusin eh 10K saan nman po ako kukuha ng gnyang halaga.ganyan po ba ang proceso nyan
